EXTRA SPECIAL BITTER

PRECEDENT (from fr. précédent) - it happens, so in later cases it becomes a binding rule. Sent and registered in several copies. Sealed with Maris Otter.
English-Style Pale Ale (ESB). ESB stands for Extra Special Bitter, a beer style in which Maris Otter malt and hops dance in perfect harmony. ESB displays an earthy, herbal English-variety hop character. The yeast strains used in these beers lend a fruitiness to their aromatics and flavor. The residual malt sweetness sets the seal on the richness of the experience. The first sip of this “Englishman in Belgrade“ takes you into the pleasant, dimly lit English pub, and every subsequent drink makes you want to stay… and make it a precedent. From what we know, Presedan is the one and only ESB in Belgrade….
